Cuisine and Restaurant
The roots of our trentino traditons are at the heart of our cuisine: local genuine quality products full of flavour. Our dishes include fresh local products as sourced fish, meat and cheese.
We produce our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. in the family farm "Santa Lucia". Every day our lunches and dinners are accompanied by a large salad and bread buffet and a fresh seasonal fruit buffet. Alternatively you may choose to order from our "A la Carte Menu" at our Restaurant "La Mar".
Between 4 and 5 in the afternoon, we offer a selection of coffee and tea, as well as juices, homemade cakes, biscuits, pastries and fruit.
We also pay special attention to the needs of children, gluten-free and / or vegetarian diets.
