Lovely room, looks exactly like the photographs. Excellent staff and lots of different options for breakfast. I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit Lake Garda.

We stayed at this hotel on a Riviera Group tour and were most impressed. Not the usual tourist class hotel although there were a number of German parties using the hotel during our stay. The whole place oozes quality and the restaurant with its open view kitchens turned out stunning dishes at each and every meal. The kitchens and more importantly the chefs are true artists when it comes to preparing stunning tasty dishes. The whole team from barman to waitress to chamber maid were so helpful nothing too much trouble. If you are looking for a hotel on lake Garda look no further you have found it!

Such a great escape

I would recommend this to anyone it's just so much fun, wow. The entire trip was just perfect, they even gave us some free service for our anniversary. Spa day was killer and the area is amazing. Anyone who wants romance should consider it.

Senor Tonelli runs a very good hotel. Very smart, relaxed, excellent staff with a real interest in the customer. Dining Room above par with Dinner on 7 evenings always varied. Wonderful facility on the roof with a swimming pool and sitting out area where u are looked after meticulously, if u want to engage or not. Riva is a lovely town with plenty...

Tolle Woche

Sehr schönes 4*s Hotel am Rande von Riva. Anlage sehr gepflegt, Personal sehr aufmerksam. Toll ist das Frühstück auf dem Dach (wenn das Wetter passt). Auch das Lokal für die HP ist sehr empfehlenswert (wobei auch sehr viele gute Lokale in der Umgebung locken). Immer wieder gerne, auch für einen Kurzurlaub.

Staff very attentive to all our needs, food top notch and ideal position for the lake and and surrounding shops and bars. Only small down side no tea facilities in the bedrooms and evening meal we asked for a lager instead of wine with our meal and were told they don't do lagers with meals, which surprised us because they have bars in the hotel and I thought the customers needs should be met, which was a shame otherwise we couldn't fault it.

Amazing week in a fabulous hotel!

We had an amazing time at the hotel Kristal palace and would return in a heartbeat! Especially loved breakfast by the pool and happy hour cocktails! Riva itself was great to base ourselves. We seen a lot of places around the lake during our week stay and were more than happy with our choice of location!

Quality hotel in great location.

Nothing was too much for the staff at this fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived they went out of their way to solve problems and treat us like VIPs. The rooms (all with balconies) were tasteful, the food excellent and the rooftop pool with bar and breakfast area was a real treat.

The client is king in the Kristal Palace Hotel. It has style, luxury and no pretentiousness. We are just home after three weeks there and cannot speak highly enough about it. Royal treatment all the way. From the moment we landed at reception and had the cases taken from us all our cares and worries went with them. The staff in this hotel is outstanding. They are fast, efficient and infinitely good humoured. Nothing is a problem to them. The food is sumptuous. The Italian Night a delight and the tiramisu........ The rooms are spacious, spotless and have such comfy beds. All rooms have balconies with stunning views. The roof terrace is an experience that takes ones breath away every time one uses it. Here nightly entertainment is held. Wonderful! We will be back!
