It is impossible to imagine how many different sports activities are possible in the Gardatrentino zone! From the water to the mountains…from the sky to the earth…: canoeing, canyoning, swimming, fishing, SCUBA diving, sailing, windsurfing, base jumping, hang gliding, paragliding, beach volleyball, bocce, calcetto (small-team football), cycling, horseback riding, hiking, free climbing, golf, motocross, mountain-biking, paddle boating, skating, quad, squash, tennis, clay-pigeon shooting, archery, free-climbing…and much, much more.
Mountain-bike
Pedaling and respite…biking paths, tracks and courses.
A combination of the love of engaging bike-riding with the joy of admirable paths unfound anywhere else in the world, confined between the mountain peaks and the blue of Lake Garda.
Itineraries of all kinds and levels of difficulty and international events that call to athletes from all of Europe and beyond: Bike Festival, Arco Bike Nature and Transalp Challenge.
Free climbing
Some of the mountain faces of Gardatrentino are ideal for giving life to that which is considered the true world championships of free climbing: the Rock Master.
The spectacular orographic conformation of our mountains allow for climbs of diverse difficulties depending on the capabilities of the climber.
You can also try rock-climbing the boulders in Arco, Masson and Nago and if you really want to experience the ultimate in climbing, then you cannot miss the climb up Corno di Bo’ in Torbole.
Hiking
You will be left astounded by how wide your eyes can open as you pass seemingly from Mediterranean footpaths to mountainous perspectives.
The hills and dales in the gulfs of Gardatrentino elegantly frame the edge of the water that sinews its way through the Dolomites.
The paths will take you through the forests, small medieval villages and olive and pine groves until you reach the highest summits at over 2000 metres, where you can reenergize yourself in the Alpine refuges.
